Good day! I am writing this letter in behalf of BINHI RURAL BANK INC., (formerly
Rural Bank of Balingasag Inc.), to relay our humble request for a court verification on
the following persons:

1. BENBERT MECARSOS BENIERO

2. STEPHANIE RAE TANIO BENIERO
3. BENIERO FUEL COMMERCIAL CORP

The request is in relation to the bank’s client verification prior loan approval of loan
applicants. An alleged fraud case was attributed to the abovementioned persons, and
the information we are getting from this request vital in our decision for the approval of
the loan applied for.

Rest assured that the bank will strictly abide with the Data Privacy Act, should we
acquire information with regards to the said persons, and that the purpose of this
request is strictly only for the bank’s use. We will also attach herein the authorization
letter of our client for this transaction.
