MARKETING PLAN

1. Product
The word "some more" is condensed into the word "s'more." Early in the 1920s, s'more
first appeared in a cookbook under the name "Graham Cracker Sandwich." According to the
message, both Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts enjoyed the treat. With many people who aren't
familiar with s'more, we took the opportunity to introduce this in the city of Lapu-Lapu. Our
product combines the earthy malt of the cracker, the pleasing richness of chocolate, and the
marshmallow's bittersweet edge from a roaring fire. We offer a tasty s’more with a customize
toppings of your choice (Vanilla & chocolate ice cream, vanilla & chocolate chips, Oreo cookie
pieces, marshmallow, sprinkles and M&Ms).

2. Place
S’moreferific Station is located at the Outlets at Pueblo Verde, 6015 MEZ II, Lapu-Lapu
City, Cebu. The Outlets offers shoppers a variety of stores to choose from, all at amazing prices.
Specifically, the shop is situated on the center of the outlets in a form of food stalls, with an
average of 400 people per week. Additionally, the place is cleaned before it opens for business,
cleaned after it closes, and sanitized every 30 minutes in accordance with the safety regulations
imposed by the Department of Health. The place is big and comfy enough to accommodate the
customers.

3. Price
The price of S’mores varies depending on its layers and customize toppings. For the
ordinary s’more one layer would be 25php; two layers is 50php, three layers is 75php, and the
four layers is 100php. Since the customize topping contains different special flavors, the prices
of different toppings cost a few pesos higher. S’moreferific station; add-ons such as Vanilla &
chocolate ice cream, vanilla & chocolate chips, Oreo cookie pieces, marshmallow, sprinkles and
M&Ms for 10php. S’moreferific Station also offer two packs; the s’more pack contains 1 layer
each 4 s’mores would be 120php, the special s’more pack contains1 layer each 8 s’mores is
255php. For payment methods, the shop accepts cash, credit and debit cards, and online
payments such as gcash, paymaya, and online banking.

4. Promotion
S’moreferific Station is promoted to different social media platforms such as Instagram,
Facebook, Tiktok, and Twitter. For customers enjoyment we will give a loyalty card and for
those who bought the special s’more pack their card will be given a stamp. If they reach 8
stamps, they can buy two s’mores with a free customize topping. S’moreferific Station set up
promo codes and coupons for repeat customers.

5. People
A few weeks after we first opened, we noticed that certain individuals consistently visiting
our store:
 Employees
The shop will offer free discounts in an effort to retain office workers as loyal consumers. Thus,
they will receive discounts if they bring their company ID.
 Students
The shop will offer free discounts to retain students as loyal consumers. More discounts will be
given if they can present their student ID.

6. Packaging
The S’moreferific Station values the environment and is aware of the rising rate of plastics
and pollution. In line with this, we ensure that the packaging is made from biodegradable box,
and we also use paper plates containers. These eco-friendly containers are neat and minimalistic.
