MONTHLY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

FEBRUARY 2020

I.OBJECTIVES

 Conduct Instructional Supervision to teachers

 Monitor and check pupils attendance & academic performance
 Record and monitor reading progress by grade level
 Check DLL and Give technical assistance to all teachers in the delivery of their
lessons daily
 Conduct SLAC, staff meeting and SMEA

II. INTRODUCTION

To maximize the target for the month of February the above objective has been
accomplished through a consistent and proper use of time management in order to
attain all the necessary objectives within the month.

Out of 15 targets for my Instructional supervision it was indeed accomplished

based on the objective of my ORS. This is a big help for everyone especially to the
teachers who really need for technical assistance on the delivery of the lesson. Reading
status of the school is closely supervised specially that school year is near to end.
Based on the monthly tracking of reading assessment grade I has zero nonreader for
the last quarter of the year. 26 out of 26 are all reader pupils. Physical aspect has been
improved and developed through repainting, repair and put up new projects like table
tennis equipment for our athletes.
