To maximize the target for the month of February the above objective has been
accomplished through a consistent and proper use of time management in order to
attain all the necessary objectives within the month.

All the activity and accomplishments within the month gives us direction on
the different programs and activities to be taken and to be accomplished for the next
month. What will be the priorities and the most needed targets to be done for the next
month.
V. Recommendations:
Some of the target for this was not able to accomplish that is why it is
important to have a plan of activities so that everything will be in place for
prioritization.

I.OBJECTIVES
Conduct Monitoring on the reproduction of modules and learning materials of the
teachers
Monitor and check teachers attendance, WAR and other reports
Record and monitor printing of activity sheets by grade level
Check activity sheets/worksheets and Give technical assistance to all teachers in the
delivery of their lessons daily
Conduct virtual SLAC and staff meeting
II. INTRODUCTION
To maximize the target for the month of June the above objective has been
accomplished through a consistent and proper use of time management in order to attain all
the necessary objectives within the month with the new normal situation of learning process.
Focusing with the new setup of the department of education, all the necessary
objectives and goals that need to accomplish and perform despite of the amidst of COVID 19,
has been properly monitored and perform following the health protocol that the IATF has
been established.

IV. Impact
All the activity and accomplishments within the month gives us direction on the
different programs and activities to be taken and to be accomplished for the new normal
situation and this will be a bases and guide on what will be the priorities and the most needed
targets to be done for the next month.
V. Recommendations:
Due to its abnormal situation of work from home/school, adjustments and other issues
and concerns are need to prioritize and focus on the delivery of learning modalities in the new
normal setup.

For the new normal set up of modular learning of pupils, the teachers must be ready
for the activity sheets that will cater the needs of the new learning environment of the pupils.
100% cooperation of parents as well as the teachers must be collaboratively work hand in
hand for the success of the new normal learning set up of the S.Y. 2020-2021.
IV. Impact
Since the situation is not suitable in working at school due to the increase of the
infected of virus in the locality, work from home will be the perspective preference to
accomplish its goals and objective for the month of August 2020.
V. Recommendations:
Monitoring and supervision via group chat, virtual meeting with the teachers are must
since they are working from home.

II. INTRODUCTION
For the second quarter for this school year 2021 teachers have already prepared
learning materials like LAS and activity sheets. They have already the knowledge of
contextualizing some of the pupils LAS because of the different workshops conducted by
Deped through online training and other platforms.
To sustain the learning modality in the new normal the division office conducted and
implemented Project PAGDUAWA in order to attain the meaningful purpose of checking
teacher’s made materials as to how they have knowledge in preparing their activity sheets.

IV. Impact
All the above mentioned activity, projects and school reports has been done and
accomplished for the month of January 2021. Through intensive monitoring and verifying of
the needed school accomplishment reports was already given priority. With this 95% has a
good impact for the attainment of the objectives for the month of January 2021.
V. Recommendations:
SLAC, Meetings and other FGD forum need to be consistent in order to solve
different problems that may arise and consistency of checking, monitoring and mentoring are
highly recommended.
