1. Introduction
The Denodo Platform 8.0 Certified Developer Associate (DEN80EDUCDA) exam assesses developers’ who understand the
concepts and fundamentals for designing, developing, and deploying projects with the Denodo Platform.
DEN80EDUCDA aims to provide organizations that use Denodo Platform 8.0 with a means of identifying suitably qualified staff
for designing, developing, and deploying real projects with the Denodo Platform.

2. Denodo Resources
Denodo Education Services provides the tools to gain expertise in data virtualization. Denodo proposes three steps to
success: starting with the free content available in the Denodo Community, proceeding to accessing Denodo training courses,
and finally, achieving Denodo certification.

Denodo Community
The Denodo Community is where customers, partners, and users can access information that can help them learn about the
Denodo Platform and data virtualization. To start learning about data virtualization and the Denodo Platform, we recommend
these steps:

1. Complete the tutorials, which offer the first steps in learning about data virtualization and the Denodo Platform.

2. Watch the how-to videos to help with specific topics.

3. Explore the technical articles in our knowledge base.

4. Gain deeper knowledge with the official manuals.

Denodo Training
We recommend that professionals looking to achieve Denodo certification attend our Denodo training courses. For more

3. Denodo Certification
Location
This exam can be taken anytime, anywhere. You will need a computer, an Internet connection, and a webcam. Unfortunately,
we do not offer exams delivered in test centers.

Eligibility
Exam eligibility is valid for one year from date of purchase, and there are no extensions for any reason. If the exam is not
scheduled before the eligibility expires, the fees will be forfeited.
Retake Policy
The examinee is eligible for one attempt per exam registration. If he or she does not pass on the first attempt, the examinee
must wait two weeks after the last failed attempt to take the exam again. The exam can be taken three times in one year from
the date of the first attempt. Retakes are not allowed after the successful completion of a test.

Exam Results
The exam results include a score summary report that contains the pass/fail status, topic area performance, and the final
score. In order to maintain exam integrity, the answers will NOT be provided. Exam results are sent no later than two weeks
after examinees complete and submit their exams.

Characteristics
This exam is based on Denodo Platform 8.0. It is comprised of 50 multiple choice questions, to be completed within 90
minutes. The passing score is 72%. The exam is in English.
