Programs: General
o To meet one of three areas: Academic, Social, PD-specic promotion o Created as soon as a Program Manager and at least one Program Member exist Can be proposed by any PDSA member who presents: 1st draft workow (outlining commitment level of project member, timeline of project) within 2 weeks minimum # of project members must be signed up and part of workspace If above requirements cease to be in place, project defaultsis not erased, but included in general notes of programs and put on hold until above requirements are fullled o Project workspace on online collaboration tool o Service-icon must be designed within rst month of programs existence To be added to all brochure templates which outline services, to website service overview
