3 Mandatory
Records

the pesticide, EPA Registration #,
method of application, where
applied, quantity, who made the
application, and the date and time
must match the label directions.
Records must be legible.
4 Credentials

The use of some pesticides


requires special licensing.
Anyone who applies pesticides
must be trained.
