Instructions for Parents

1) The program will commence at 9:30 am sharp so parents are requested to be seated
by 9:15 am.
2) Each child can be accompanied by 2 family members only, whose names and relation
to the child must be communicated to the school through the RSVP slip sent earlier.
3) Due to space limitations, children/siblings under 12 years cannot be accommodated.
Kindly make arrangements accordingly.
4) To maintain discipline and decorum during the program, students will be seated
separately and will not be allowed to leave before the entire program ends.

Instructions for students

1) Please come well groomed in regular white school uniform.
2) Students should converse in English at all times.
3) All students must report latest by 9:15 am to Ms. Shaista Naeem and Ms. Ayesha
Mohsin as they will be lining you up accordingly to your groups.
4) No eatables are allowed.
5) All students will leave by the end of the program. No one will be allowed to leave
during the program or after his/her ceremony is over.
6) Students must not carry cell phones or cameras with them.
7) If any student wishes to come with or go with another student, a written application
from parents of both students is mandatory to be submitted in the front office a day
prior. (A phone call stating the same as well will also be appreciated).
