Logistics Support Officer -

E-commerce
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree preferably in supply chain management.
• 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce logistics or a similar role.

JOB ROLE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

• Monitor and update order status, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to prioritize order fulfillment.
• Arrange and schedule shipments with third-party logistics providers.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Address any issues or delays in transportation.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently, following company policies.
• Assist the customer service team in resolving shipping-related inquiries and concerns.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with order deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to shipments.
