1. Reference: a. Memorandum from OIC RID 1 dated April 10,2023 with the
above subject and
b. this pertains to the Armed Encountered at about 4:00 pm on May
3 2023 at sitio angod poswoy Balbalan and sitio Agimitan Brgy Balanga yon pinokpok
both in Kalinga, between scout plantoon of 501b,51d, PA AND CTG believed to be
members of KLG BAGGAS,

2. In this regard, please be informed that personnel of this station are directed to
intensify intelligence effort against plans, movement, Activities of the threat groups
CTGs and other related underground movement in AOR thru mobilization of BIN
also advice all personnel to be vigilant, extra cautious and aware of their security
