Level : Manager or Senior Manager (Based on individual actual may vary)

WHAT WILL I BE DOING AT ATHER?

Managing and overseeing teams taking care of typical warehouse functions, return of rejected materials
to vendors and parts issuance for aftermarket requirements.

Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements,
equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping.

Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-
term performance goals

Building and maintaining a centralized list of Key Performance Indicators [KPIs] pertaining to the
warehouse management function.

Periodic monitoring, analysis and bridging gaps in KPIs.

Identify improvement opportunities and delegate activities to team members.

Engaging with the team members at different levels to identify gaps and find out a quicker resolution.

Keep a tab on everyday activities of each functional team by reviewing relevant dashboards.

Proactively participate in warehouse projects linked to improvement as well as business volume

expansion activities.

WHAT KIND OF EXPERIENCE & SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?

Minimum 10+ Years of experience in warehouse functions and team management.

Decent knowledge of System tools and applications for MIS
