STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM:

Non-Availability of Suggestion of box for monitoring patient grievances

OBJECTIVE:

Need to improve quality of services based on patient suggestions

The methodology adopted to implement Suggestion Box by using PDCA cycle

PLAN:

Through analysis we have concluded and drawn some of the objectives for improving quality of
services.

Implementing suggestion box

Collection of feedbacks on a daily basis

Discussion with medical superintendent regarding complaints for corrective and preventive
action

DO: Implemented the above solutions to improve the quality of services to gain satisfaction
among the patients
