Re : Notice of Encroachment of your house on our property

Dear Ms. Canjas,

Greetings!

I am one of the heirs of the late Mr. Manuel R. Pasilaban the owner of the property
covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. (TCT) 3620 located in Brgy. East Rembo,
Makati City.

Verification/relocation survey conducted by a licensed surveyor last January 21, 2023

reveals that a portion of your structure consisting of a concrete hollow block wall
which measures an area of more or less six square meters (6sqm.) encroaches on
the Southern/East portion of our property. Please see the attached survey with the
encroachment duly highlighted.

Please communicate with us urgently so as to avoid unnecessary inconvenience of

court litigation. To the extent possible, we are willing to resolve this issue amicably.
We trust that you will take this matter seriously, otherwise we shall be constrained
to resort to available legal remedies which include filing a case for damages and
demolition of your structure which encroaches on our property.
