WP101 Esco Ultralok Tooth System

MST hold a large stock of the Ultralok tooth system from Esco. Featuring a neat
integrated hamerless side locking system, Ultralok teeth and adapters have
been proven to outlast alternatives across the World.

 WP102 Cat J Series Tooth System

MST offer a complete range of quality direct replacement Cat style side pin
bucket teeth and adapters. MST stock a range of sizes and styles including
rock chisel, loader, tiger, twin tiger and abrasion.

WP103 Esco SV2 Tooth System

For heavy mining applications, MST can offer the SV2 cast bucket tooth
system from Esco. Featuring a vertical locking system, the SV2 teeth are
proven to perform in the hardest of wear applications.

WP104 Esco Conical Tooth System

MST still stock Esco Conical bucket teeth with the rubber and steel vertical
locking system. Teeth are available in a range of sizes and styles.

WP105 Esco Super V Tooth System

MST offer Esco Super V bucket teeth and adapters, featuring the vertical
‘twist ‘ locking system. MST hold stock of most of the popular sizes and styles.

 WP106 Bolt on Teeth & Sidecutters

MST can offer cast bolt on bucket teeth and sidecutters to fit most mini
excavators and wheeled loaders on the market. Teeth are supplied with
fixing bolts and nuts.

WP107 Hyundai Tooth System

MST hold stock of replacement teeth for Hyundai excavator buckets,

with the side pin fitment, the teeth are available in a range of sizes
and styles.

WP108 Fixmet Tooth System

Many Hitachi and other brand excavators have buckets fitted with Fixmet
style bucket teeth. MST hold stock of a good range of direct replacement
Fixmet teeth for these machines.

WP109 Daewoo/Doosan Tooth System

MST can supply quality replacement teeth for Daewoo and Doosan
excavators and loaders from stock. Featuring the side pin locking system,
MST’s teeth are designed to last.

wearparts. Combi teeth are quality guaranteed and are available in

 WP111 Combi ProClaws Tooth System

MST can offer the quality Combi ProClaws bucket tooth system for heavy
construction and mining applications. Featuring a hammerless mechanical
lock, ProClaws is proven to work in the toughest of wear applications.

WP112 Bolt on Half Arrowhead Segments

MST can supply cast wear segments from stock. The quality bolt on
segments can provide protection in vulnerable wear areas.

WP113 Heel Shrouds

The base of a bucket can sustain large amount of wear during operation.
To reduce the impact of this wear, MST can offer weld on cast heel shrouds
that protect the bucket from the heavy wear.

WP114 Side Protector/Sidecutters

To protect the bucket sides, MST offer cast weld on and bolt on side
protectors. The sidecutters are available in a range of sizes and styles.

WP115 White Iron Wear Bars

For high wear areas, MST can supply a range of weld on white Iron bonded
wear bars. With hardness of up to 700 brinell , the white iron plates ensure
long lasting wear protection. The wear bars are available in a range of sizes
including wear buttons and ‘chocky bar’ sections.

 WP116 Hensley XS Tooth System

MST can offer the XS cast bucket tooth system from Hensley, featuring a
hammerless side lock. Proven to work in high wear conditions, the XS system
is quality guaranteed.

WP117 Komatsu ‘old’ Style Tooth System

MST supply a range of bucket teeth and adapters to fit the older style
Komatsu excavators. The bucket tooth, complete with the side pin
fitment, is available in a range of sizes and styles.

WP118 Parabolic Tooth System

The Parabolic tooth system includes a vertical locking system and tapered fit
design that ensures the tooth stays tight. Parabolic teeth are Ideal for ripper
applications.

WP119 Case Poclain Tooth System

MST can offer Case Poclain cast bucket teeth, featuring a vertical
locking system. MST hold stock of a range of sizes and styles.

WP120 Bolt on Wear Blades

MST offer a full range of bolt on through hardened wear blades.

Available in a range of sizes, but most common sizes are available from
stock. Obscure sizes can be manufactured ‘in house’ from Hardox Steel.

 WP121 Single Bevel Cutting Edges

MST offer weld on through hardened single bevel cutting edge which can
be supplied in range of widths and lengths. Common sizes are available from
stock, however, obscure sizes can be manufactured from Hardox Steel.

WP122 Bucket Base plates

A large range of weld on through hardened drilled base edges are

available in straight and spade designs. MST hold stock of the common
sizes but can manufacture special sizes on request from Hardox steel.

WP123 Grader Blades

Bolt on curved through hardened blades to fit grading machines in stock.

MST’s grader blades are designed to last and are proven to out perform
alternatives.

WP124 Half Arrowhead Plate

MST can supply half arrowhead steel plate section, cut to the customers
specifications that can be used to protect base plates or vulnerable
wear areas.

WP125 Hardox Wear Parts

MST are an official Hardox wear parts centre therefore are fully capable of
manufacturing and machining high quality wear resistant steel to the
customers exact specifications. MST offering includes liner plates,
screener beds, shredder blades, plow edges and scarifiers etc..

 WP126 Square Edge Wear Bar

MST offer square edge steel plate which can be machined to the
customers exact specifications. S355 or Hardox steel is available from
stock.

WP127 Hardox Liner Plates

MST can supply and fit Hardox liner sections in vulnerable wear areas,
including dumptruck bodies, bulldozer blades and lorry beds. Hardox
steel is used to ensure maximum protection, strength and durability.

WP128 Chromium Carbide Overlay Plates

In extreme wear areas, MST can supply and fit chromium carbide overlay
plates that are designed to provide maximum protection. Common
applications include bucket bodies, hopper liners and coal chutes.

WP129 Breaker Chisels

MST offer a range of quality replacement breaker chisels to fit most

of the major brands of hydraulic breakers operating in the UK.

WP130 Expander System

The Expander system eliminates wear in pivot lugs without the need for
line boring. Expander bolts consist of a tapered pin, expanding sleeves
and bolts. Available in a range of sizes and styles. Expander pins can be
ordered online through the Expander Cadex online database.
