First and foremost, as a writer, you must ensure that all quotes are in between quotation
marks and the source of that particular information must be provided.
Secondly, writers must recognize all sources of information for which they paraphrased or
summarized ideas from to avoid plagiarism.
Thirdly, to avoid plagiarism, every writer must ensure that all words, phrases are replaced
with our own if inappropriate grammar is used as well as use different sentence patterns to
summarize and paraphrase.
Another salient way to avoid plagiarism is by making sure to reference all ideas drawn from
sources or materials. It could be an idea used in the form of an example from an original text or
script.
Lastly, plagiarism can be avoided by referencing and acknowledging every source for which
organizational structure and headings were taken from. Writers must surely avoid the use of sub-
topics from authors.
