MINUTES OF MEETING ON THE APPOINTMENT OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES AND ADOPTION OF

SPECIAL CLAUSE, AS RELATING TO THE INCOME OFAGBARA ASEJERE TRADOMEDICAL
ASSOCIATION.

COMMENCEMENT:

The meeting was declared open with a short prayer by Alfa Ajibaolorunsoro at about 2.10pm. Mr. Kabiru
Gbadun mentioned the items on the agenda, which amongst others included the appointment of the Board
of Trustees, Adoption of the Special Clause into its constitution.

ADOPTION OF THE CONSTITUTION

The final draft copies of the proposed constitution was distributed among the members and was eventually
adopted after an extensive examination of, and debate over the various clauses therein as The Constitution
of AGBARA ASEJERE TRADOMEDICAL ASSOCIATION.

CONSTITUTION OF THE ASSOCIATION

1. Every member must say the Slogan of the association before conversation.
2. It is not compulsory for every member who does not exact work to say it in the association.
3. Association did not allow scamming or stealing.
4. All members of the association much always show gratitude for work giving to them.
5. Any members that post the work of the association to another association will be vacate from the
association.
6. Our media meeting will be held on first and last Sunday of every month to make the association
move forward.
7. Every member of the association must be in good terms.
8. Any member of the group that are not present or send message to the association will be suspended.
9. Every member must use association icon.
10. Association did not allow any other group link
11. We must contribute to the association and also appreciate the prophets.
12. We must pray for every member of the association at least two times in weeks.
13. Any member that does not contribute to the association will be remove.
14. We did not allow sending or screenshot another person work in the association.
15. Every member must obey the rules of the association.
16. Any member that disobeys the rules of the association will be removed.

APPOINTMENT OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES:

On the issue of appointment of trustees, Alfa Kabiru stated that it was one of the basic and essential
requirements of law for every non-profit oriented organization to have trustees who will carry out the
activities of the organization. He further stressed the important legal and moral responsibilities that the
Trustees would bear; he advised that only upright, committed and loyal persons should be appointed as
Trustees. After extensive discussions, the following persons were appointed by unanimous votes of the
General Assembly as the Board of Trustees of AGBARA ASEJERE TRADOMEDICAL ASSOCIATION:

ADOPTION OF THE SPECIAL CLAUSE:

The President raised the issue of the adoption of the special clause, and informed the members that it is a
mandatory requirement. The President explained the essence of the special clauses as the part that handles
the income and properties of the Association especially at the time of dissolution or winding up of the Trust.
He then read to the members the Special Clause and the members unanimously adopted the Special Clause
as read in the meeting.

ADJOURNMENT/CLOSINGPRAYER:

The motion for the adjournment of the meeting was moved by Mr. Ayodeji Fajuyigbe and seconded by Mr.
Adelekan Adetunji, on behalf of the elected Trustees thanked the Members of AGBARA ASEJERE
TRADOMEDICAL ASSOCIATION for the honor done to them and promised that they will discharge their duties
sincerely and diligently. The meeting ended at 5.35pm with a closing prayer by Mr. KABIRU IYANDA GBAFUN.
