Most Common Communication Issues in the Business:


The most common issues in the Ardeur City Boutique business are issues to
the customers and the courier partner. The business owner said that she has issues
with customers who always cancel orders when the product has already been
shipped. She also mentions that it is an issue because the shipping fee will be
wasted, and the product also has to get back to her. Another issue with the
customers is those who spam her messages. There are a lot of customers who
always chatting her non-stop, and sometimes customers do also call, especially on
busy days. The last issue she encountered was the broken products that the
customers were reporting. It is an issue with the courier because the products were
not handled carefully._______________

Possible Reasons for Encountering these Issues:

The possible reasons for encountering those issues are lack of


communication and mishandling of products by the courier. There is a lack of
communication between the customer and the business owner that is why there is
always misunderstanding regarding the orders and parcels. The courier is
responsible for handling the products to the customers, and it is handled carelessly.
The business owner mentioned that she always packs the products full of packaging
support and guard, but sometimes broken products are still present and have been
reported.______________________

Ways done to Address such Issues:


According to the business owner, the best solution to address the issues is
good communication between the owner and the customers and changing careless
couriers to other ones who handle parcels carefully. She mentioned that she is only
the one who handles the online shop and assists the customers, and for her, the
best way is to communicate with the customers thoroughly and clearly. She has to
confirm first every order before shipping it right away. She also thinks that maybe
she has to post something about waiting for the response of each message and not
spamming and calling her non-stop. Lastly, the best way to avoid broken products
during shipping is to change the courier partner. She mentioned that she has
already done this part and it is effective because her new courier partner right now
is handling her products carefully and very well so
far.____________________________________
