Having worked in a variety of establishments throughout the years I have developed an affinity for customer
service and working in a team. I enjoy the company of other people and creating (or being a part of) a good
support system in the workplace. I also work very efficiently when independent; running the bar at Elliot's Bistro, I
often find myself working alone, constantly and consistently finding various tasks to complete, from cleaning, to
fixing, to innovating and sprucing up the bar with new cocktails and decoration. I am a very reliable, hard worker
(hence always finding something to do) and I like to think I'm also a friendly person, with a polite and bright
nature, who is always happy to help others and learn as much as I can.

Employment:
Worked weekends as a kitchen porter at Upper Crust Café, where I took on a variety of roles such as taking and
serving orders, cash handling and customer service from 2018 – early 2019.

Manning a confectionary and merchandise stand during intermissions of shows held at Chorley Theatre from
2019-2021.

Directed and co-directed youth performances including Annie and Alice in Wonderland at Chorley Theatre from
2018-2020.

Preparing weekly presentations and volunteering as technician executive at Clayton Brook Community Church
2017-2020.

Worked as Crew Member at both KFC and Burger King across the space of two years from 2021 to 2023,
preparing and packing various items from burgers to chicken, serving customers at the front till and drive-thru
(which entailed cash-handling and taking various forms of payment), and cleaning the kitchen regularly.

Worked as head bartender at Elliott's Bistro (previously the Mediterranean 3 at the Bay Horse, Whittle Le
Woods), memorizing, mixing and creating a large variety of cocktails, pouring pints, changing kegs and barrels,
doing regular stock checks and maintaining an exceptionally clean bar in addition to cash handling and taking
