Minutes of the meeting of the Executive Committee held on 15 March 2021 at 1900 hours at the
Community Centre

ABSENT Apologies for absence were received from Peter Mayfield, Sianne Hall and
Joan Chapman.

MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING

The minutes of the last meeting which had been circulated, were taken as read, approved nem con
and signed by the chairman.

MATTERS ARISING

There were no matters arising from the minutes.

CORRESPONDENCE

The secretary stated that the Electricity Corporation agreed to install three street lamps upon
receipt of the sum of $30 000.

CAR WASH

Mr. David Persaud reported that DJ Charles Premchand of Wellington agreed to provide music
for the occasion from 0700 hours to 1300 hours. The chairman said that there would be a well-
stocked bar and food items on sale. He asked for volunteers to man the bar and the food stalls.

ANY OTHER BUSINESS

There was no other business.

DATE OF THE NEXT MEETING

It was decided to hold the next meeting on 7 May at the usual time and venue. The meeting ended
at 2030 hours.
