    Midlevel management oppresses employees

    Senior management is made up of call center agents


    who would not otherwise move up to director level in
    any other company, they were only promoted because
    they were the Hrst employees in the company. They
    oppress and manipulate circumstances in the
    company to their beneHt and do no like to be
