learn, their motivation, and teachers' teaching.

 PLACEMENT
is a tool given by a school to determine the
academic or skill level of a student, especially a new
student, in order to place them in the correct class.

it is imperative to determine the correct starting

point for each adult learner and employee and
identify the areas that need to be developed.
The goal of a placement assessment is to establish
exactly where the candidate is in their cognitive
ability. More specifically, placement assessments:
