SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That I, MACARIO IRINGAN JR., of legal age, Filipino, married, and resident of
Caritan Centro, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, do hereby name, appoint and constitute,
KENNY B. IRINGAN, of legal age, Filipino, married, and a resident of Caritan
Centro, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, to be my true and lawful attorney-in-fact, and to
do and perform the following powers, to wit:

1. To secure all the necessary documents needed for the renewal of my

Tricycle with Franchise under Case No. 93-0609 to all
governement/private offices concerned.

2. To file and submit, work for, process and follow-up my application for
the renewal of Provisional Authority to Operate Tricycle for hire to the
City Franchising Board, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan;

3. To secure Mayor’s permit of the said tricycle from the Business Permit
Office (BPLO) City Hall, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan;

4. To pay all necessary fees thereto, to withdraw, receive and receipt for
the new franchise, Mayor’s Permit and its Sticker from the said
office/s, and to sign and execute the necessary documents, agreements
and other legal papers, pertaining thereto.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power

and effect to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into effect
the foregoing authority, as fully to all intents and purposes as though, I, myself has
performed it, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact or his substitutes shall lawfully do or
cause to be done by virtue hereof.
