INSTALLATION NOTES

Step 1：Install the fire sprinkler head into the
short water outlet pipe, Seal the threads with
Teflon anti-bleed tape or glue. For the specific
method of installing the sprinkler, please refer
to the installation instructions of the
manufacturer of the fire sprinkler used.
Step 2：Connect the water inlet spool of the
hose to the fire water supply line and seal the
threads with glue or Teflon anti-bleed tape.
The tightening torque is about 35ft-lbs/50N m

Step 3：Tighten the hexagonal nut on the upper Step 4：Install fasteners

cannot be used when connecting here, and the
product comes with an O-ring seal to provide
effective sealing performance.

Step 5：Insert the galvanized square tube into
the reserved hole of the bracket, insert the
fastener into the square tube, and place it in the
two brackets. Tighten the bolts above the two
brackets and secure the square tube with a
tightening torque of about 3ft-lbs/4N m.
Step 6：The quick release fastener moves to the desired position. Bend the hose and
place the outlet stub of the hose in the quick-release fastener. Adjust the height of the
outlet spool to ensure the correct position of the sprinkler.
Note: When bending the hose, the bending radius and bending angle must not be less
than the data in Table 1, otherwise the actual flow resistance coefficient will not match
the certification data and design requirements.
Close the short tube fastener as shown and tighten the screw to 3ft-lbs/4N m.
The outlet short pipe is locked.
Ordinary fastener installation as shown in Figure 2
