Introduction:
We are excited to present this proposal for the 2023 Hospitality Management Ball, an
event that will celebrate and showcase the talents and achievements of our students in
the field of hospitality management. Aside from the joy, fun and camaraderie, the event
marks the “coming of age” of the students as they step into the stage of “young
adulthood” with the bearing of responsibilities as well with becoming ladies and
gentlemen. This event aims to bring together students, UAQTEA faculty, HM faculty,
industry professionals, and esteemed guests for an unforgettable evening of
entertainment.

Objectives:
 Recognition: To acknowledge and celebrate the hard work, dedication, and
accomplishments of our students in the hospitality management program.
 Networking: To provide a platform for students to connect with industry
professionals, fostering opportunities for internships, mentorships, and future
careers.
 Fundraising: To raise funds for AHMS
 Education: To provide an educational experience through interactive workshops,
presentations, or guest speakers

 Fine Dining Experience: A gourmet dinner prepared and served by our
hospitality students.

Budget:
We have estimated the budget for the Hospitality Management Ball, which includes
expenses such as venue rental, catering, decorations, entertainment, awards, and
marketing.

The 2023 Hospitality Management Ball promises to be an extraordinary event that will
not only celebrate our students' achievements but also provide valuable networking
