Additional terms & Conditions:

• The Liaisoning fee shall be calculated after deduction of GST Component

from the received amount.

• First party has to give a fixed date of commitment by which the Second
party shall receive the payment and if the payment is not received on or
before that date, this Liaisoning agreement shall stand cancelled and the
Second party shall be absolved of any obligation to pay any Liaisoning fee
to the first party. In such case this Liaisoning agreement stands cancelled
and the cheque payments shall be blocked at the banks of the Second party.

• If the government releases payment to all the contractors statewide along

with our payment, the Liaisoning agreement stands cancelled immediately
and the cheque payments shall be blocked at the banks of the Second Party.
