 TERMS & CONDITIONS
PRICES : Our Prices are Ex – Works basis (HARYANA).

PAYMENT : 40 % advance with PO and Balance against Proforma Invoice, prior to dispatch of the
Machine.

DELIVERY : WITHIN 10 DAYS FOR BOTH THE MACHINES

DISCOUNT : WE SHALL ALLOW YOU A DISCOUNT OF 20% ON THE ABOVE QUOTED PRICE.

TAXES : 18% would be charged Extra.

TRANSPORTATION : Will be Charged Extra at A ctuals. We can arrange Transportation of

the material on behalf of the Consignee. If the buyer desires to have
any other mode of Dispatch or Transporter, the same should be
clearly mentioned in the PO. Since our offer is Ex – Works basis,
dispatch will be made ‘Freight to Pay’ basis only. If the buyer has
any preference of Specific Transporter, then the name, address and
contact no. of the same should be indicated in the PO.

PACKING & : Rs. 2,500/ - will be charged Extra.

LOADING
INSURANCE : Will be Charged Extra @ 0.75% of the Invoiced Amount.

HYDRAULIC OIL : Will be Extra. In Scope of the Consignee and has to be arranged
by them prior to the commissioning. However, Qty and Grade of
Hydraulic Oil will be informed by the Supplier.
UN-LOADING : Un-loading of the machine has to be done by the buyer at their end
and cost. All equipment should be un-loaded in the presence of the Consignee’s
personnel. The seller should not be held responsible of damaging or missing of
components purchased if the un-loading is done in the absence of consignee
personnel.

INSTALLATION : For On Site Installation of the machine, we charge Rs. 10,000/ - Extra
COMMISSIONING
& TRAINING

ERRECTION : All the Errection and Civil Works shall be done by the consignee at their end and
& CIVIL WORKS cost. We will provide the necessary FOUNDATION DRAWING for the purpose.

INSPECTION : To be carried out at our works within 10 days from the date of intimation
given to you. Such inspection will be limited visual inspection only, for load and
working trial of the machine if desired, the material required for such a trial will
have to be supplied by the buyer as free issue material at our works (before one
month of due delivery period). The performance of machine will be accepted by
the buyer if the result of demonstration is within the performance limits specified
by us. Demonstration of the machine will be carried out if specified in the order
and the order acceptance by us.

WARRANTY : We offer warranty against any manufacturing defects or poor workmanship

for a period of 12 months from date of commissioning. Machine warranty is based
on 8 Hours Working shift. Further we shall attend and rectify defects due to
Quality of Material, Design and Workmanship. Bought out elements shall be covered
under their respective manufacturers warranty clause. The warranty does not cover
rubber & synthetic materials such as oil seals, packing “O” rings,
Electrical parts like fuses, contractors, valve, coils, Electric Motor, Press Brake Tool
 Shearing Blades etc. and that cost will be paid on demand.

We also offer AMC for our Machines after the Warranty is Lapsed.

RESPONSIBILITY : Our responsibility ceases on handing over the goods to the transport carrier.

CANCELLATION OF : Any order placed with BMI may not be cancelled except a written consent from us.
ORDER The cancellation will be subjected to 50% of the total purchased price if the
equipment yet to deliver. An order considered cancelled, if equipment not has been
required to be delivered within 1 months from date of Inspection and Advance of
the Consignee will be forfeited in that case.

FAILURE TO TAKE : If the buyer fails to take delivery of the goods within 10 days from the date of
DELIVERY intimation by us regarding readiness of the goods for inspection/ dispatch, we
reserve the right to charge storage, interest, etc. from the buyer depends upon the
size and value of the machine. If the buyer delays to take delivery more than one
month, we shall have the right to cancel the order and forfeit the advance paid by
the buyer and to recover the losses from the buyer.

CUSTOMER SCOPE : Following Arrangements / Equipments are required to be Arranged by the

OF SUPPLY Customer.

1. Unloading and Moving of the Equipment to Works Site and Place of Installation.

2. Civil Foundation of Machine as per our Drawing. Make sure the Floor is Levelled.

3. Earthing and Power Cabling from nearest Connection Points.

4. Worker and Operators should be available at work site during Assemble of the
machine.

5. All the Material should be ready for Trials at your work Site before
 Commissioning.
