Canh,

After meticulous consideration upon many different aspects, our Headhunting Department has
come to the final decision of three candidates that are suitable for the three vacancies.
Thu Phuong, Quynh Nhu, and Phuong Linh are responsible for these three cases respectively.

First of all, Candidate 4 would be a great fit for the cigarette manufacturer. Since he/she has
had experiences in problems clarification and plans execution, he/she would be able to find out
the exact difficulties in the production lines that this company is encountering, then implement
the most economical strategies which can both preserve the current capital and maximize the
potential profit. Moreover, as this business is in a notorious industry where few investors want
to take risks, this candidate could skillfully convince the investors using his/her strong
communication skills, in order to raise capital for the company’s upgrade project. Such skills
also enable this candidate to help this bad - reputation labeled company avoid social media
crisis, owing to the fact that he/she is used to answering the press.

Regarding Company B, they employ young and creative people possessing undisciplined
talents, which may affect the enterprise’ productivity and efficiency. Considering the present
situation, Candidate 2 would be most suitable for the operating manager position. It can be
drawn from the brief extract of the cover letter, that his or her effective communication skills
are the prerequisite factor for maintaining a positive team culture. He/she could be an effective
leader who can simultaneously instill discipline into the workplace and emphasize the right
development orientation, providing employees with opportunities for continuous growth and
personal goals accomplishment.

Taking into account all factors, Candidate 1 with the specialized experiences could be an
impeccable selection for company C. As a revenue-driven television programme, they seek for
an effective Chief Operating Officer who is capable of carrying out the strategies gaining an
enormous number of viewers. Through the extract from the letter, it is evidently shown that
Candidate 1 has been proficient at managing their employees and achieving the highest
advertising revenue, which pose as a perfect puzzle for the financial objectives of this business.

Although Candidate 3 possesses many impressive capacities, this candidate does not have the
necessary traits that each company is looking for. With his/her limited experiences, entry - level
positions would be more suitable for him/her rather than these challenging Chief Operation
Officer ones.
