because we just can’t shut off our brain during the night,
which can lead to conditions like insomnia, sleep apnea, and
lifestyle disorders like obesity, diabetes, and hypertension.

Many believe our changed lifestyle, addiction to digital devices,


and the tendency to sleep late, are the culprits. But the real
culprit is our unbridled thoughts that keep our brains busy like
hell.

Find a quiet place for yourself without distractions


for 60-70 minutes. Please sit at a desk or table to
attend the session. Please don't attend while lying
down or in bed

This is an interactive session, works best if you


switch on your cameras while joining the session.
Please present yourself in an impressionable way.

Please have a notepad and pen with you to take


notes

Please try to attend from a laptop and not mobile so


you can view the presentations better. Even if you
are joining on mobile, please rotate the screen while
the presentation is shared.

Please connect using a strong Internet connection

Please join the session on time or at least 10 minutes


early. Your workshop starts at 7:30 PM, please try to

Who is this Program for?


This program is for everyone who is sleep deprived due to
various stresses. But it is NOT intended to diagnose or treat
sleep disorders caused by serious health issues.

What's the timing of the workshop? How do I


join?
The program happens between Monday-Wednesday at 7:30
PM. You would be receiving the zoom links one hour before
the session starts on both WhatsApp and email.

I sleep late/I have night shifts, how can I


follow this program?
Don’t worry, we will prepare you with proven techniques
more than 5000+ students follow to fall asleep whenever
and wherever they want to.

How can I ask my questions to the coach/your


team?
You can ask questions to the coach towards the end of the
sessions or via email. We'd request you to keep your
questions relevant to the topic during the sessions. If there
are any personal or complicated questions that need more
attention, please write to support@lifewheel.co and we
shall answer you over there.

What if I'm not able to attend the workshop?

You can either watch the recordings or reach out to our team, they
will add you to the upcoming batch.

Should I keep my camera on throughout the session?


There's nothing bigger than this if we could see you active
throughout the session :) However, the microphones will be kept on
mute until the coach asks anyone to speak up, to avoid any
disturbances coming in :)

Will I be able to continue my learnings after these 3 days?


Absolutely, yes. This 3-day program is a culmination of everything
we have covered above and we hope you will find enough value in
this program for its price, guaranteed. And for those who love us
