LEADERSHIP MESSAGE
Covid has dramatically changed our lives. There are new norms; new ways
to work and communicate; new technology applications; and, completely new
thinking. None of us could have imagined such a shift in the world and our
priorities when this pandemic began.

The hospitality industry has been especially hard hit. With these grave challenges,
this moment represents both a time of great uncertainty and opportunity.
Lodgis must and will capitalise on the crisis to build a sustainable business
that balances profit with a greater aim. Ultimately, investment in world good
is good for our business. In short, we view ourselves as stewards of this planet,
and seek to make earth a better place for future generations.

Our objective is to offer differentiated and distinct accommodations and


facilities with products and services that meet the needs of our guests - tourists,
business travelers, and MICE. Given the current challenges and uncertain

new economy driven by major technology change. Given the now underway
pandemic-related structural changes to the way we will work and travel, we will

we must offer a Total Product that is tailored to a changing environment in
order to grow and be an industry leader in the market sectors we serve. Whilst
reaching our commercial objectives is fundamental, we must maintain and never
lose sight of the highest environmental, social, and governance standards and
compliance best practices and internal controls.
Lodgis Hospitality Holdings Pte. Ltd. (“Lodgis”)
Established in November 2016 by Warburg Pincus, VinaCapital,
and VinaCapital’s founder, Don Lam, Lodgis is a fully
integrated hotel investment management platform targeting
the development, acquisition, and management of hospitality
assets across Southeast Asia. Lodgis has amassed a portfolio
of best-in-class hospitality assets and management agreements
across Vietnam and Southeast Asia representing more than 25
projects, approximately 3,000 rooms under the ownership, and
approximately 2,500 rooms managed with a robust pipeline to
substantially expand portfolio key count in the near-term. Under
the trading name Fusion Hotel Group, Lodgis owns one of the
few fully vertically integrated hospitality corporate structures in
the region, the irreplaceable historic assets such as the Sofitel
Legend Metropole Hanoi, Raffles Le Royal Phnom Penh, and
Raffles Siem Reap as well as the Ho Tram Strip Integrated Resort
and Casino and several attractive destination assets across key
markets in Vietnam.
Fusion Hotel Group
Established in 2008 and acquired by Lodgis Hospitality Holdings
in 2016, Fusion is a leading hotel brand under which the Lodgis
Group provides management, strategy and design consultancy
services across a suite of brands including Fusion Resorts,
Fusion Suites, Fusion Originals, Maia, Hiive, GLOW and GLOW

Ho Tram Project Limited Company
Operated since 2013 and acquired by Lodgis Hospitality Holdings
in 2019, the Ho Tram Project Limited Company owns and manages
one of Vietnam’s leading, large-scale integrated resorts – The
Grand Ho Tram Strip – just 2 hour driving from Ho Chi Minh City,
which has the 5-star InterContinental Grand Hotel, Holiday Inn
Resort Ho Tram Beach with 1,100 rooms in total, showcasing
