● At the counter

Juan Miguel: Hello, Good evening! Can you help me with my flight
Sandra: Of course. Can I see your boarding pass?
Juan Miguel: Sure, of course. My flight is 3240 at 7pm
Sandra: I see. Do you have any luggage that you need to check in? Only one carry
on item is allowed
Juan Miguel: No. I only have my carry-on.
Sandra: By port regulation, the maximum weight that is allowed in the check in is 10
kilograms. Is your suitcase under 10 kilograms?
Juan Miguel: I don't sure. Could you please check it?
Sandra: Yes, please put your backpack on the scale.
Juan Miguel: Here you go. Oh! It’s just over 10 kilograms.
Sandra : Yes, you must send your backpack by plane luggage. But, don't worry.
Your backpack is small, you only have to pay 10 soles for the extra weight and now
there is no queue, it will be fast.
Juan Miguel: Perfect. I felt worried
Sandra: Well, Do you prefer the seat near the window?
Juan Miguel: Mmm. It's the same for me, at night you can't see the clouds or the
city.
Sandra: Terrific. I have given you a seat next to the wings so that you can also have
extra leg room.
Juan Miguel: That’s so kind of you. Thank you! I really appreciate it.
Sandra: My pleasure! Here is your boarding pass. Have a great flight!
● On the plane:

—-------------------------------------------(Before taking off)-----------------------------------------

Carlos Flight attendant: Hello. What’s your number seat to guide you?
Mishelle Passenger 2: hi, it’s the 21F
Carlos Flight attendant: It’s here. The seat 21F is on the middle left near the
window.
Take a seat. I help you with your luggage.
Mishelle Passenger 2: Thank you so much for your help.

—-------------------------------------------(After taking off)-------------------------------------------

Carlos Flight attendant 2: Lady, would you like soda or some coffee to drink?
Mishelle Passenger 2: yes please, some coffee, i need it...
Carlos Flight attendant: Do you want sugar?
Mishelle Passenger 2: yes, 2 sugar packets, please.
Carlos Flight attendant 2: Take it, enjoy it.
Mishelle Passenger 2: Thank you, although I want to ask you some questions, can
you help me?
Carlos Flight attendant: yes, of course. Tell me.
Mishelle Passenger 2: Can I ask you some questions about the in-flight
instructions?
Carlos Flight attendant: Of course. What do you want to know about it?
Mishelle Passenger 2: When you were talking about the nearest exit, what were
you talking about?
Carlos Flight attendant: There is a card in your seat pocket that shows you where
your nearest exit is. Your nearest exit is three rows in front of you.
Mishelle Passenger 2: Where is my oxygen mask?
Carlos Flight attendant: Your oxygen mask is above you. It will drop down if we
lose cabin pressure. It’s a remote possibility.
Mishelle Passenger 2: Where are the life jackets?
Carlos Flight attendant: The life jackets are under your seat.
Mishelle Passenger 2: Speaking of seats... These seats seem to me that every time
the airline lowers the quality. They are not so comfortable anymore. They can no
longer recline and are very static.
Carlos Flight attendant: It is a good observation, your opinion is important for the
airline to improve the service.
Mishelle Passenger 2: The good thing about the airline is that they are always very
friendly. That's why I always fly here.
Carlos Flight attendant: Thanks for flying with Peruvian Airlines. I hope you enjoy
your flight.
Mishelle Passenger 2: Of course, Thank you.
