Dear Affiliate,

We are pleased to inform you that this 13th ALP Graduation Ceremony is organised b y AGC -
ACCA Graduation Committee initiated by a couple of Approved Learning Partners.

Date : 7th October 2023, Saturday


Time : 7:00 am to 12:00 noon
Venue : Plenary Theatre, Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

Below is the information:-

1. GRADUATION PACKAGE (Compulsory) - Please select one


(Seating is limited, and on a first-come, first-served basis)

Basic Package – Option 1


a) Graduation Fee : RM 365.00
b) Graduation Fee inclusive of snack and refreshment and one (1) piece
certificate colour scroll.
c) 1 Set 4R, 5R & 11R size photos receiving AGC certificate in full with
VIPs (Stage Photo only 1 pose)

OR

Affiliate + Guests Package – Option 2


a) Graduation Fee : RM 785.00
b) Graduation Fee inclusive of snack and refreshment and one (1) piece
certificate colour scroll.
- 1 Set 4R, 5R & 11R size photos receiving AGC certificate in full with
VIPs (Stage Photo only 1 pose)
c) Two (2) Guest Tickets for entrance to graduation hall and tea
reception

2. GRADUATION ROBE RENTAL - for graduation ceremony only. : RM 98.00

3. REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT - for graduation attire. : RM 480.00

*Inclusive of Complimentary The STAR Newspaper Congratulatory Advertisement. By attending the


graduation ceremony, you agree and consent to have your name and/or photo published in the congratulatory
advertisement.

Optional Item - Other items are optional in the Reply Slip form. Additional day rental for
Graduation Attire will be at RM140.00 per week.

these, we cannot register you for the coming Graduation. You can log onto your myACCA to print it out.

1. Event Organizer
Foto Prime is the Official Event Organizer, Robe maker and photographer for the graduation ceremony.

2. Dress Code
The following dress code is being strictly adhered to:
Affiliate - Formal / National Attire
Guest - Smart
Shoes - Formal / court (Sneakers and sandals are strictly prohibited for Affiliates)

3. Graduation Robe Rental


Affiliates have to make their own arrangement with Foto Prime for the rental of robes.
Robe Collection & Robe Return Counter at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre
The counter for robe collection operates from 7.00am to 8.30am on graduation day.
The counter for robe return operates from 11.00am to 1.00pm on the graduation day.
Late return at Foto Prime Miharja (after Robe Counter Closed)
Fee of RM50 per day (including Sat, Sun & PH) is payable for robe not returned after the graduation
ceremony.

4. Photography Service
Foto Prime will set-up mobile studios on the graduation day to provide photography services to affiliates.

Affiliates’ personal photographer(s) are not allowed to take any photo(s) during the graduation
ceremony.

5. Certificate of Attendance
Affiliates will be receiving an empty certificate scroll during the ceremony. Certificate of Attendance will
only be awarded to affiliates who are attending the ceremony and this will be included in the registration
pack.

6. Guest Invitation Card(s)


Admission is strictly by presentation of the Guest “Admission Pass”. Guest(s) with “Admission Pass” are
entitled to attend the ceremony and tea reception thereafter. Guest Admission Pass(es) will be inserted in
the Registration Pack for collection on the graduation day. You may refer to the reply slip for purchase of
Guest Admission Pass(es).

Guests may enter the hall at approximately 9:00am to 9:20am. Guests will not be allowed to enter
thereafter.

“Children below 10 years are not allowed to attend the ceremony in the ceremony hall.
Family with children below 12 years old are to be seated at the back of ceremony hall”

7. Registration on Graduation Day


Registration for Affiliates starts from 7.00am – 8.30am.

The Registration Pack distributed at the counter consists of:-

1) Certificate of Attendance from AGC


2) Affiliate’s Name Card (Affiliate MUST retain his/her name card for MC to announce during scroll presentation)
3) Admission Pass(es) for your guests(s) – if any

Affiliates DO NOT require admission pass to attend the ceremony.

8. Affiliates Briefing
Affiliates are required to attend a short briefing in the Ceremony Hall at 8.30am sharp.

9. Seating Arrangement
a) Designated seats right in front of the stage are allocated for AGC’s Invited Guests.
b) Affiliates Invited Guest(s) with admission pass are based on free seating, first come first sit basis.
c) Affiliates seating will be based on designated seats assigned to them.

10. Deferral of Attendance at Graduation

a) Payment made is not refundable. However, affiliate who has submitted the reply slip with full payment
may request to defer his/her attendance at graduation.

b) Affiliate has to make his/her request in writing for graduation ceremony deferral before 8th September
2023. Affiliate’s request must state the extenuating circumstances (and, when requested, supply supporting
documentation) that will prevent him/her from attending the graduation ceremony.

c) Request for deferral is subject for approval and if approved, affiliate’s attendance will be deferred to the
14th ALP’s Graduation Ceremony.

d) Request other than in writing and/or made after the deadline will not be entertained and any payment
made will be forfeited due to no show.
