Terms & Conditions of Subscription:

1. Termination cause: If the account is not set up within 15 days, at the end of the ALGOQUEEN will
issue a refund of the subscription fee, if it is in the material branch of the contract. (Assuming, client
has provided all the information to assist the setup and all the segments are active in demat
account.). No refund if the customer breaches the contract.
2. Upgrade Term: ALGOQUEEN is liable to adjust the paid amount if the client wants to upgrade
his/her subscription within 15 days of the last payment.
3. Support Hours: Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5 PM except on Public holidays.
4. Third-party dependency: When ALGOQUEEN is dependent upon a third party engaged by the
customer for integration work, Nonperformance, or nonavailability on behalf of a third party to finish
integration can not be construed as nonperformance by ALGOQUEEN. In case of such failure of
integration due to nonperformance of a such third party, ALGOQUEEN shall not refund the fees
already paid for.
5. Security of Data: All personal data will remain confidential and not be shared with any third party.
6. Service suspension: Vendor reserves the right to suspend the service, if the customer doesn't pay
as per the agreed credit period.
7. Subscription T & C: The services provided under this order shall be subject to master
subscription agreement terms defined at https://www.algoqueen.com/terms-of-service/​​
8. Taxes: All service fees are INCLUSIVE of applicable taxes, devices, cases, and other charges
applicable thereon, which shall be borne by the ALGOQUEEN.
