Roll the attacker’s weapon die and the target’s armor die together.
Apply ability & DR modifiers (except armor penalties) to results (min. 1).

Rolling max on the weapon/armor die is a Crit attack/defence.


1 is a Fumble. Unarmored targets automatically Fumble defence.
The opposing die roll (before modifiers) determines Crit/Fumble effects.
Additional weapon/armor rolls add effects.

10 armor dice explode 10 you die :(

*Unarmored targets take +1 damage per weapon die.

Oh, your game uses bigger weapon/armor dice than the core book’s? That’s cool. Just pretend 6/10
are 6+/10+. Or make up your own effects. I left a little room. You can probably write them in.
