NARRATIVE REPORT:

2nd Parents-Teachers Conference

To effectively build a healthy Parent-Teacher relationship that would benefit the students, the
second Parents-Teaching Conference was held on the 22 nd day of September 2023. At exactly 10:30 am
the parents started arriving.

As the adviser of section Diego Silang, I greeted them with a smile on my face, gently directed to
their seats and asked them nicely to fill in the attendance sheet. After 10 minutes I began re-introducing
myself to the parents and proceeded to present the lists of agendas for that day. I handed out copies of
the Rules and Regulations and briefly explained to the parents of the significance of their signature and
what are the punishments for violating the Rules and Regulations of the school. In the middle of the
discussion parents were attentive and interested in raising their concerns. I was able to address all their
concerns and inquiries before proceeding to the next agenda.

The parents were reminded of their responsibilities regarding the pertinent documents of the
students such as submitting the request forms to their previous schools, settling financial accounts from
their previous schools, and providing photocopies of the students’ birth certificates. On the final agenda
of our conference, the parents voted for their HPTA officers. After electing the HPTA officers, I officially
concluded the meeting and said goodbye to the parents and the students.
