Dearest Teachers,

This is to inform & please excuse my son Dan Keith Kyler M. Herrera, a grade 8 student
from 8-Mabuti, for not attending his class yesterday because of some minor accident
that injures him, and this requires attention and healing to recuperate. I will make sure
that he covers all his missing work & copes with the class as soon as possible.
