VAN RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Van Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into on this _____ day of _________, 20 (the
"Effective Date"), by and between:

WHEREAS, the Owner owns and operates a van for rental purposes, and the Renter desires to rent the
van for the purposes set forth herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants contained herein, the Owner and the
Renter agree as follows:

1. Vehicle Rental
1.1 The Owner agrees to rent the following vehicle (the "Van") to the Renter:

1.2 The Renter agrees to rent the Van for the period commencing on ____________ (the "Start Date") and
ending on ____________ (the "End Date"). Any extension of this rental period must be agreed upon in
writing by both parties.
1.3 The Renter shall return the Van to the Owner at the Owner’s premises on or before the End Date in
the same condition as it was at the Start Date, except for reasonable wear and tear.

2. Rental Fee
2.1 The Renter shall pay the Owner a rental fee of P________ per day, payable upon the start date.
2.2 A security deposit of P________ is required upon execution of this Agreement. This deposit will be
refunded to the Renter upon the satisfactory return of the Van, less any deductions for damages or unpaid
fees.
3. Accidents and Damage
3.1 In the event of an accident, theft, or damage to the Van, the Renter shall immediately notify the
Owner and local law enforcement authorities, if necessary.

3.2 The Renter shall not make any admissions of fault or settle any claims without the written consent of
the Owner.
3.3 The Renter is responsible for any deductible amount as specified in the insurance policy for any
damage to the Van.
4. Maintenance and Repairs
4.1 The Owner shall provide a fully operational Van at the Start Date. The Renter is responsible for all
routine maintenance and repair costs during the rental period unless the damage is due to normal wear and
tear.
5. Entire Agreement
5.1 This Agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter
hereof and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether oral or
written.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Van Rental Agreement as of the
Effective Date.
