Head of Supply Chain and Availability
Gelato: global print on demand platform backed by Insight Partners, SoftBank, and Goldaman Sachs
● Led a dynamic team of supply chain professionals and oversaw Gelato’s global in-bound supply chain
encompassing supplier negotiations and onboarding, fulfillment operations, inventory management and
demand forecasting, inbound logistics, and partner management for 130+ Gelato production partners
across 32 markets
● Worked closely with product management and tech teams to build a one of its kind internal procurement
marketplace for print partners to optimize cost, speed of replenishment, and quality, create scalable
processes, and improve partner/supplier experience. Through price renegotiations and various strategic
sourcing initiatives associated with the marketplace, our partners have already achieved over 20% cost
savings and over 50% reduction in stock replenishment time.
● Oversaw department performance with an emphasis on continuous improvement/optimization and set
ambitious KPIs (internal as well as supplier/partner metrics) and worked with the cross-functional teams
to deliver against these goals
● In close collaboration with commercial and category teams, sized the opportunities for expansion and
determined the product specifications, production methods, workflow design, and supply chain model for
many product categories such as Apparel, Wall Art, Drinware, etc to enable product launches globally
● Worked closely with product management and tech teams to build a one of its kind internal procurement
marketplace for print partners to address business needs, optimize cost and quality, create scalable
processes, and improve partner/supplier experience
● Led automation of various stock management processes and implemented advanced demand
forecasting models, optimizing manpower, reducing lead times, increasing operational efficiency,
improving availability, and reducing unproductive inventory
● Developed and executed supply chain strategies such as 3PL model in warehousing and inbound
logistics and introducing just-in-time sourcing across long tail SKUs, that helped achieving a consistent
99%+ availability globally since Q4-22 and improving operating margin across categories

Lunchly | Delhi 2018 – 2021


Co-Founder
Lunchly: full-stack food-tech company that delivered on demand meals through a network of cloud kitchens.
● Launched and scaled 4 online brands in 24 months contributing to over 75% of organization revenue,
driving product roadmaps from concept through launch and planning and executing data-driven GTM
strategies. Additionally, identified and added multiple revenue channels and strategic partnerships to
maximize revenue, adding over 22% to the top line.
● Defined and drove key business metrics and KPIs, and developed reports to support major decisions

Hotelbeds | Delhi/Bangkok 2016 – 2018


Strategic Partnerships Lead- South Asia
Hotelbeds: travel technology company that is one of the world’s largest hotel distribution platforms.
● Responsible for identifying and sourcing major new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to
drive commercial growth, achieve revenue targets (20%+ YoY growth), and increase profitability across
South Asia
● Led the completion, monitoring, and optimization of monthly and quarterly forecasts/budgets and annual
operating plan for the region
● Negotiated contracts with C-level executives to acquire, on-board, and manage 11 major hotel chains
(100+ properties), increasing YoY revenue by 24%
● Strategized and launched exclusive pre-buy deals, and finalized with 6 premium properties in S. Asia,
generating revenue in excess of $3.5 million annually
● Initiated discussions to open a new revenue stream of budget hotels with world’s largest budget hotel
