CHAPTER 1

Introduction
 The Study to investigate Classroom Management specially Discipline Problems that every
Information Technologies Teachers faced. Consisted 14 school administrators, 14 teachers,
and 17 parents with underlying reasons even evidence
 IT Teacher's, sometimes they also have difficulties in their school because they get a report
about the behavior of their students.
 Other parents also have different types of complaints to the teachers as to why this kind of
thing is happening
 Also with the difficulty of other teachers to understand their students when it comes to
Technologies.
 Technology is also one of the concerns of IT teachers because instead of using technology or
internet, introducing technology in your classroom it sure can encounter students attempting
to misuse it, largely for entertainment purposes instead of educational ones.
 IT teachers have difficulty making a decision on this problem because sometimes the use of
the internet or other children's technology is also the reason why many children are no longer
able to focus on their studies properly.

 Another type of bad behavior of a student is


sleeping in class
using a cell phone while in class
other students disturb their fellow students

 Controlling the students on how to use technologies in proper way instead of entertainment
only, as expected the every student are raised in a completely different world and environment
it will be hard to let technologies can cause every other students lack of motivation.

 Mainly reasons why students start misbehaving because of the following:

• Financial Problems
• Personal Problems
• Teacher lack of teaching

 School administrators are struggling to handle this kind of situation immediately because of
lessening of involvement of parents, because of most parents do not have enough time to pay
attention to their children’s educational life due to their busy life schedules providing for their
family it can be hard for them to communicate for their children’s Education.

 IT Teachers having a problem recruiting suitable Teachers for the IT Subject.

 As possible another problems that IT teachers faced are slow or outside of Date Hardware,
Data Management Problems on which protect emails, apps, and internet browsing can risk
pocket losses logically in substantial data loss and dramatically decrease network speed that
can be irritation for the IT teacher.
 Meanwhile, We have Forty-five percent (45%) concerns of IT Department or Teachers when it
comes to Data Management (b.) And Forty-six percent (46%) don't have enough Technology
in place to take advantage of Data.
Significance of the Study

 In this part, here are the important details, the explanation of why it is connected to the
research that has been done , it should be detailed, here are also the important things to
understand the concept properly.
Theoretical Framework

 In ICT teachers, they experience classroom problems, classrooms that lack of technologies
that need to be used, and there is no technology or lack of technology because it is needed by
Information Communication Technology for knowledge or for what other teachers ask their
students to do. However, this kind of problem is also alarmed by other Information
Communication Technologies teachers because introducing technology to students also means
that they can use it but not in education but in watching movies, coding, and in non-important
things.

Research Paradigm

 This is also about understanding and to investigate relationship between the variables then the
reasons behind it
 Statement of the Problem
 The first paragraph of the statement should be holding was stating the real issue of the study
 The second paragraph of the statement should be holding the main problem in asking form.

Scope of the Study

 This study was focus on teachers experiencing problems in their schools, especially in the
behavior and studies of their students, like in Turkey, seventeen schools have experienced this
or more. This study shall have Male and Female students of Information Communication
Technologies ( ICT ) students.

 Limitation of the Study

 This study shall not be compared to others this shouldn’t be connected to other issues or topic
since it’s only focus on teachers who have been experiencing Class Problems with their Class
Discipline.

CHAPTER 2
REVIEW OF CLASS PROBLEMS AND REASONS OF IT TEACHERS

 In this problem, many countries also experience problems, because the technology is made by
a pool of students who have their own problems that they don’t want to tell others. Financial
Problems, other parents can’t face their child’s education because they are focused on
providing on their family, while other students would rather just sleep in school while their
teacher is teaching in front of them, after all there are many students who do not understand
what their teacher is teaching. Students are born in different places and in reality it will be
difficult for them because we don’t know how they were raised and educated or what they are
used to when it comes to things.

 In fact, when it comes to technology, sometimes teachers use it to create modules and tasks
for their school to facilitate its work, but the problem is that sometimes some schools do not
have their own technology. Slow connection is a technology problem because when your
connection is slow like business you have to make a presentation for a title or new project for
your business if your connection is weak you will find it difficult to do it because it needs to
be smooth and beautiful and so that other people who also have a business will like it.

Chapter 3
Data Analysis

 The data were collected in the spring of semester 2008/2009 academic year. Data was
processed in five steps which were parallel to the method proposed by Schloss and Smith
(1999) was updated by Erdogan and OK (2007). These steps were called as (1) transcriptions,
(2) reliability analysis, (3) coding, (4) establishing themes and categories and (5) writing up
and interpreting results.

Respondents

 The current status of Information Technology in Turkey, according to 2378 numbered issue
and Ministry of National Education guide dated with 15 March 1993 it was stated “ That the
teachers who will teach [ Information Technology ] course will be selected from candidates
who hold major or minor in Computer Education field. If needed numbers does not meet, IT
teachers will be selected from
 “ And those teachers who are already working in the Ministry of National Education with a
higher education diploma.” Initial Computer Education and Instructional Technology
department was founded in Middle East Technical University in 1993 (Durdu & Yildirim,
2005).
 Source of Data

 According to the study conducted with twenty primary school teachers from Turkey and
England by Turnuklu and Galton (2002). It was found that both countries Classroom
management were similar both Turkey and England have
• ( 51.4% and 49.5% respectively) was “ noisy or illicit “ talking.
• Turkey have ( 27.1%) and then (27%) for UK school was both misbehavior were
observed as “ in appropriate movement “
• “ Disturbing friends “ was third most frequent misbehavior in selected school (9.3%
for Turkish classes and 7.9% for UK classes).
 It was found that frequent misbehaviors depended on different factors (a) age, (b) gender, (c)
the time of day, (d) different part of lessons and (e) the sitting arrangement in the classroom.
