Clarity English test. After taking the test myself, I believe it provides a solid assessment of written
skills and comprehension. However, I would like to bring to your attention some limitations that I
have observed, along with the ones you already mentioned in your proposal.
Firstly, the Clarity English test does not incorporate any evaluation of speaking skills. Considering the
importance of oral communication in language proficiency, I believe it would be beneficial to explore
alternative tests that encompass this aspect as well.
Secondly, while the Clarity English test is comprehensive in terms of written assessments, I found it
to be less user-friendly. As we aim to provide a seamless experience for our students, it is crucial to
consider accessibility and ease of use in our evaluation process.
In light of these observations, I would like to propose the idea of comparing the Clarity English test
with the Pearson Placement Test. Therefore, I kindly request your approval to grant me access to the
Pearson Placement Test or any other test you have in mind. This will enable me to thoroughly
examine its features, including the assessment of speaking skills, and provide a comprehensive
evaluation for your consideration. Additionally, it will allow us to make an informed decision
regarding the most suitable placement test for our purposes.
