GGITS - CSBS SEMESTER 1&2- EVENTS NOV - JULY REVISITING THE MEMORY LANES By : SHAILJA GUPTASEMESTER 1i e SIP 8 November 2021 was the first day of college life for students of batch 2021 - 2025 .Witha warm welcome accompanied by a two day SIP ie student induction program .Students were given insight about college's campus, rules and regulations, previous years statistics.About various clubs and events organized.¢ FRESHERS PROGRAM Next event was the most awaited moment ie the Freshers Program which was on 22 Dec. 2021. All the students were dressed their best under the theme of ethnic wear. We were made to play quiz, given different tasks and weree VISIT TO GCF The class took part in GCF's Gun carriage factory exhibition based on artillery and weapons ' usage | and technique of working which gave an extra exposure to our knowledge as an engineer. Proud Point : "GCF caters to the needs of all three wings on the Indian defense forces, the Indian Army, the Indian Navy, and the == Indian Air Force."¢ TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES Many sessions and activities were conducted by college and it's prestigious companies for giving insight to our branch and its underlying subjects. Smart Hack Quiz at College Level by EICT Kanpur.SEMESTER -2 ¢ WORLD THEATRE DAY World Theatre day is celebrated on 27 March, since 1961 initiated by International Theater Institute. Play was enacted by students and poetry was recited by students. TIT BIT :- " The world shortest play was written by Samuel Beckett -titled Breath"¢ WORLD WATER DAY On 22 March 2022 like each year water day is celebrated to know the importance of water . To promote awareness about wastage of water a campaign was organized at Tilwaraghat ,on the banks of river Narmada ¢ WORLD BOOK DAY __| On the occasion of booking day poetry composition competition was organized. Tit - Bit :- "The Harry Potter Series by J.K Rowling is the highest selling Series of books."¢ WORLD EARTH DAY To protect the mother earth from things like pollution and deforestation we celebrate earth's day since 1970. Poster making competition was organized on 20 April 2022. FACTS:- 1.The earth's 60% populationlives on 30% of landmass. 2. The days on earth are getting longer. 3. Earth is the densest planet. 4. Only planet to have tectonic planet. 5. The moon is getting farther from earth.¢ TECHNICAL ACTIVITIES In 2 semester also CSBS Branch has been under continously guidance of technical experts across Globe.
