TASK:

Write an article for our blog about a bad habit you broke or a new habit you
started.

1. What did you use to do before?

About 3 years ago, I used to play video games for a long time and I didn’t do
much exercise. I was really unfit due to the pandemic and I didn’t feel happy
about myself, so I decided to make a change.
To begin with, I stopped playing video games, that wasn’t too easy and I
decided to save put away the console. At first, I started to play basketball and
go swimming. All the days before school, I went running.
After a while, I began to be more tired and I didn’t want to continue doing sports,
but my father inspired me to continue. Also, I had a lot of school homework and
I didn’t have time.

Soon, in one year I was more fit fitter than in the pandemic. I had more strength,
speed, etc. In the end, I only play video games for 2 hours at the weekend and I
go to the gym to continue to be fit.
