Question: Does NCA-3853.4 require the retention of purchase orders by a Material

Organization for any period of time?

Reply: No, there are no specific requirements for retaining of purchase

orders other than what may be established by the Material Organization
in his/her Quality Assurance Program in order to meet the intent of
NCA-3853.4.
