20-4000MHz Wideband Drive Amplifier
Description
The YC309 is a high performance InGaP
/GaAs HBT MMIC amplifier utilizing a Applications
Darlington configuration with an active ◆ PA Driver Amplifier
bias network . The active bias network ◆ Cellular, PCS, GSM, UMTS, LTE, 5G
provides stable current over temperature ◆ Wideband Instrumentation
and process Beta variations. ◆ Wireless Data, Satellite Terminals
Designed to run directly from a 5V supply,
the YC309 does not require a dropping Features
resistor as compared to typical Darlington
◆ 20-4000MHz
amplifiers.
◆ OIP3=40dBm @900MHz
The YC309 product is designed for high ◆ P1dB=24.5dBm @900MHz
linearity 5V Gain block applications that ◆ Gain=22.5dB @900MHz
require small size and minimal external ◆ Internally matched to 50Ω
components. It is internally matched to ◆ SOT-89 Package
50Ω. ◆ RoHS Compliant/Lead-free
