From field analysis, we obtained information during

testing where the WWTP was filled full of water in a

condition where the WWTP has not been
waterproofed and a leak occurs (cracks occur initial)
where the inside of the WWTP should be given a
waterproof layer before testing after that the new
structure is loaded. The wall thickness design along
with the reinforcement dimensions is very
economical.

So what can we do:

o The B axis wall was dismantled and the new

wall thickness was 600 mm and carried out
additional reinforcement and existing
reinforcement will be maintained
o The walls of axis A are strengthened using a
100mm thick jacketing method from the
outside and inside in an elevation of 0.00 –
6.40 m including the other side that does not
fail, a crack pattern occurs first reinforced
with carbon fiber reinforced polymer plates.
o For elevations of 6.40 -12.65 m, all walls are
strengthened using the section jacketing
method 100 mm thick.

We design load combination in full water condition &
empty condition.

a. Load combination in Full water condition

b. Load combination in Empty condition

In this load combination, we trial and error up to 8

type combination of the water treatment simulation.
And we get the need of the jacketing rebar.
Exsisting rebar need for the structure waste water
treatment.
