TRANSFEREE AND TO PRODUCTIVITY OF THE LAND

I, EMMALYN R. BUNOT, of legal age, Filipino, single, and residing at 271 Victor
Pilapil St., Brgy. Rizal Baras, Rizal, after having been sworn to in accordance with law hereby
depose and state:

That, I am the Authorized Representative of JOMARK C. DELOS SANTOS the

VENDEE by way of DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE of a parcel of land identified as Lot No. 172,
Psd-04-039125 (AR) embraced in Title No. TCT M-3478 and Tax Declaration No. 18-J-008-
00610, containing an area of ELEVEN THOUSAND FIVE (11,005) sqm. more or less and
situated in Brgy. Pagkalinawan, Municipality of Jala-Jala, Province of Rizal.

That, together with the above-mentioned parcel of land I do not neither owned nor
administered any agricultural lands in excess of five (5) hectares, nationwide;
That, I will maintain the productivity of the land;
That, I executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the above-mentioned facts and
for whatever legal purpose this may serve.
