Ron Clark story is based from real-life. This movie talked about Mr.

Clark who
possessed his vocation and undying devotion to his profession and duty as a teacher. A teacher
who moved from rural North Carolina to inner-city New York City to teach at a struggling
school. Ron Clark story implies and shows that learning is not exclusively get in the classroom
or teachers but greatest lesson can also be acquired through experience, learn to respect, help and
love other people in our best possible own way, because students and children’s charity begins at
home. This story is an eye opener to each and everyone. It gives a clearer view of what should be
the real purpose of a teacher on their students and in the community. It tells us that teaching is
far beyond the need for compensation and employment; it is not a career to work at but it is
indeed a vocation to fulfill. His passion for improvement is splendid, for he sees the potential in
every personality and amazingly turns into opportunity. We hold this truth to be axiomatic: that
all students, no matter their background, ethnicity, or rank, are created equal in status and in
identity; no students should be treated unequal, be prejudiced nor be discriminated. Despite the
challenges and obstacles, he faced, he was determined to make a difference in the lives of his
students, and he was willing to go above and beyond to help them succeed. Learnings of the
students can’t be able to achieve without the help and full support of the parents or even the
family. He is the type of teacher who turned impossible things to possible, he believed that each
and every student can achieve more than what is expecting to them and what is beyond every
obstacle and hardships. His story gives great examples of the ways to make sure that no students
is overlooked or left behind. He goes above and beyond what most people see as a teacher’s job.
He did not work and walk away but he spent time actively working to find techniques to engage
his students in ways that would make learning fun for them. He showed bravery for taking the
risk of teaching the worst section he could ever handle. The section that was left behind and even
a lot of teachers gave up. He looked at this section with full of hopes and excitement that he can
possibly change each of them. There is no mixing of high learners and low learners. The main
problem with this system is that the students know they are low learners. They use this
classification to justify not doing school work and achieving any academic success. The
administrations, teachers, and parents are guilty or doing exactly the same thing. They have been
told repeatedly that their children are low learners and with everything else that they have to deal
with they found it easier to just believe it and go on with life. If these children had been born in a
different place where the parents didn’t have to work so hard or such long hours would be more
chance that they would get extra help and attention instead of just being forgotten and shoved
aside. These students did not have the support network that a teacher would hope to find to find
at home. Many of them had adult responsibilities to fulfill and no adult to help them or push
them to succeed. Unfortunately, what happened was the students have been made to feel
unwanted and unteachable. The Ron Clark story is a great example of how challenging students
allow them to grow and expand their knowledge. One of the things that I found most impressive
about Ron Clark was his ability to connect with his students and to understand their needs and
challenges. He was able to relate to them on personal level, and he was able to motivate and
inspire them to achieve their potential. He prepared rules for his students which plays great
impact to their improvement and changes. Little by little they can be able to follow those rules. I
was also impressed by the creativity and innovation that Ron Clark brought to his teaching. He
was always looking for new and innovative ways to engage and challenge his students, and he
was not afraid to take risk and try new things. He does not allow this lack of respect and caring
deter him from pursuing relationships with each of his students. His philosophy of the classroom
being a family seems like such a simple concept, but many of his students have never experience
a family or if they have it has not been a positive experience. This illustrates how simple idea
can have many different connotations for students. It takes his time to get his students to get into
the family idea. Some ways that he works toward this this goal is working on personal
relationships with each of them. He tries to learn about the likes, dislikes, hopes and dreams.
This allows him to personalize his lessons and also to offer the right encouragement to each
student. These actions allow him to build trust which is what ultimately helps him win over the
students. Children want to trust people, but that trust must be earned. In order to earn it they will
often test and push to find the boundaries or in the case of Ron’s class to find out how far they
have to push to make him leave but Mr. Clark didn’t leave yet he set a lot of rules to earn the
trust of his students. He not only taught the students but he helped the parents to believe in
their children and expect more from them. I am truly inspired on what he said which is “Why are
you setting this bar here, set it here they can make it”. This words of him really awakened my
hopes that nothing is impossible, all we need is just to believe. Ron Clark was commendable. He
reminds his students of the saying “When the going gets tough, the tough keeps going”. He is
undeniably, the toughest educator of our time. His attitude on teaching was exemplary, he never
lost hope on hopeless circumstances. He never gets tired of experimenting teaching strategies
and methods to identify how his class can learn and grasp information that they need. Clark is
selfless person when it comes to teaching; he is willing to sacrifice for the benefit of each and
every student in his class. Enthusiasm, is the best quality of a teacher, lit the hearts of students “a
fire”, “self-discipline”, “positive”, “confidence”, “love”, these make the future of student smooth
road, this is the real education. Mr. Clark is such a “miracle man”. Let’s look for the wisdom of
education from him and create more miracle of education.
School has a soul, not just teaching and learning two single parts. The purpose of
teaching is not to “fill a water”, but to “light a fire”. The teacher’s job is to inspire, not to teach,
to “light a fire”. In fact, the essence of teaching is to tap the potential of the educated, cultivate
students to get more comprehensive development opportunities, and let students get more
suitable development of education. Einstein once said that interest is the best teacher. It is
obvious that Clark is a talented educator. His understanding of teaching is “lighting a fire”,
focusing on tapping the potential of each person, they will consciously learn, struggle, struggle,
and can better develop. Overall, The Ron Clark Story is a powerful and inspiring tale of teacher
who made a difference in the lives of his students. It reminds us of the importance of dedication
and passion in teaching, and the impact that a great teacher can have on the lives of the students.
In rule 55; be the best person who can be. Live today like there is no tomorrow, there is no
second chance in life. If we do not study now, we could flunk. Nobody wanted to flank. Mr. Ron
Clark gives an inspiration to us students that even we are not that good in class we could strive to
study and study h
