Respected Sir,

I am writing to request a leave of absence from October 23 rd, 2023 to November 22nd, 2023
due to my forthcoming wedding. I understand that this request comes at an inconvenient time,
and I sincerely apologize for any disruption it may cause.

The reason for this urgent wedding arrangement is primarily due to my mother’s deteriorating
health, which has become a source of great concern for my family. Additionally, my fiancé is
traveling from abroad, leaving us with no other viable dates for the event.

During my leave period, the midterm examinations are scheduled from October 30 th, 2023, to
November 6th, 2023, followed by the midterm break from November 7 th, 2023, to November
10th, 2023, with no classes scheduled during this time. I want to highlight that only two weeks
of classes will need rescheduling, and I have already made arrangements to make up for any
missed coursework. I am committed to ensuring a seamless transition during my absence.

I kindly request your understanding and consideration regarding my leave request. It would
mean a great deal to me to have your support during this period in my life. Thank you for
