Sub: Recent Election and voting issue

A. The first step is finding your Life

Membership Number from the following excel sheet (way below) by batch year (Join
Year), if you do not know your LM number.
Only alumni with LM number up to 1191 are eligible to vote in this election. If you are a
Life Member starting 1192 and above you have to wait until next election. If you are not
a Life Member, you still go through candidate profiles and see their presentation in the
you tube below.

B. From Election Team: -

The contestants have done a lot to make your selection process easier. Pls make an
informed decision to cast your valuable votes. You may use one of the two following
options to know them better:

C. If you are an eligible voter, you also should have got an email from Priyanshu Kedia
on election and how to vote. Go through the instruction on how to vote. Make sure your
login password is up to date and your email up to date

D. You do not have to rush to vote. Take your time and study the candidate’s
presentation, their credentials, who they are, where they live, how much time and
resources they can provide to NITJAA, then vote the right person. I am very happy to
know that we have many qualified candidates. It does not matter who wins at this
election, the rest are not losers but will be part of team who will help NITJAA to the next
level. We all will be in Win-Win situation.

E. Voting starts on Oct 1-2023 and ends Oct 6-2023 midnight.

F Results may be announced in
Oct 7-2023.

F. As I recommended earlier to all global chapter/group alumni, you should consider

giving a chance of another Term to the Founding Team to complete the progress they
have started for NITJAA. Being incumbent, The Founding Team has lot of advantage at
this stage.
