I Smt KALLYPALLY JAYAMMA W/o KALLYPALLY NARSIMULU, Age: 65 years, Occ:

Home Maker, R/o Srinivasa Colony, Shadnagar Municipality, Ranga Reddy District,
Telangana state., do hereby sincerely states on oath as under.

That I am the deponent herein as such well acquainted with the facts of the case and
in a fit position to depose as under.

That I am the absolute owner and possessor of Open plot 7/P & 8/P (H.No.18-36/13),
admeasuring 185 square yards situated at Srinivasa Colony, Shadnagar Town, Ranga Reddy
District. I got the above house under Registered Sale deed document No. 3369/1995 dated
13-12-1995 From R LINGAPPA Document of 1161/1985 & we have a previous Approved
Building Plan From Grampanchayath in 1986 in the name of R LINGAPPA . The above-said
house property is situated in Sy.No.226/P due to oversight, That as per entries made in my
registered sale deed the measurements of my above plot are 27’-0” X 65’-0” But this
Dimensions Were wrongly entered at the time of the Registration But Totalling Area is
Corretly Entered as per my link document 185 Sq.yards. And as per Link Document My Plot
Measures are 25’-7.5” X 65’-0” admeasuring 185 Square yards . And I decided to raise my
structure in an extent of 25’-7.5” X 65’-0” Totalling to an extent f 185 sq.yards.

Boundaries of Plot No. 7/P & 8/P (or) H.No. 18-36/13 :

East: Open Plot No: 8 West: Open Plot No: 7

North: 33’-0” Wide Road South: Plot No: 15,14

That the above facts are true and correct to the best of my knowledge and information.
If any conseqarisearising out of this affidavit, I am held responsible for the same. Hence
kindly consider my request and grant house construction permission.
