DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF MOTOR VEHICLE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MANOLITO DE GUZMAN, of legal age, a Filipino, married, a resident of Benedicto

Compund, Brgy. Concepion I, Marikina City M.M., and shall herein be referred to as the
VENDOR, and being the second-hand lawful owner of the motor vehicle hereunder described
and identified (still registered in the name of the first/original owner IRELYN P.
EUMAGUE), and now for and in consideration of the sum of SIXTEEN THOUSAND PESOS
(Php16,000.00), RECEIVED IN FULL from ROMIEL P. DE GUZMAN, also of legal age, a
Filipino single, a resident of Innovationville Phase 1, Brgy. Pooc, Santa Rosa, Laguna, and shall
herein be referred to as the VENDEE. The herein VENDOR do hereby by these presents
unequivocally SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY his ownership, possession and
registration unto said VENDEE by way of absolute sale the motor vehicle herein particularly
described, to wit:

vehicle is absolutely free from any and all forms of liens and/or encumbrances and is not
involved in any pending criminal and/or civil case during the time and date of this sale.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties do hereby sign this instrument this 22nd day of
September 2023 at Santa Rosa, Laguna.
