To Whom this may Concern,

I am writing to express my interest in this position at your company. With my experience in medical
education and healthcare, combined with a strong educational background, I am confident that I
possess the qualifications and dedication necessary to excel in this role.

Over the course of my career, I have developed a deep passion for medical education and program
coordination, as evidenced by my tenure as the Medical Assistant Program Coordinator at Kellogg
Community College. In this capacity, I had the privilege of instructing all 12 courses required for the
medical assistant program. Notably, I also played a pivotal role in preparing and maintaining
accreditation from the Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP). My
experience aligns directly with the requirements for this role, demonstrating my ability to lead and
manage educational programs effectively.

Furthermore, as an adjunct professor at Kalamazoo Valley Community College, I served as a clinical

instructor and practicum coordinator for the medical assisting program. I also taught several medical
terminology classes. This experience reflects my commitment to hands-on instruction and my ability to
foster a positive learning environment.

My career as a Certified Medical Assistant at Rambling Road Pediatrics (July 2013 - 2016) and ProMed
Family Practice (February 2006 - May 2008) reinforced my practical knowledge of healthcare. I
conducted various clinical tasks, including rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, running tests,
administering injections, performing phone triage, and managing appointments. These experiences have
provided me with the understanding of patient care and clinical operations.

In addition to my hands-on experience, I have a solid educational foundation, including a Master of Arts
in Educational Technology from Michigan State University (December 2023), a Bachelor of Science from
Grand Canyon University (April 2013), and a Certificate in Medical Assisting Technology from Kalamazoo
Valley Community College (August 2004). My educational background equips me with the skills
necessary to effectively implement innovative teaching methods and educational technologies.

My involvement as a Certified Medical Assistant through the American Association of Medical Assistants
(AAMA) and as a Site Surveyor for the Medical Assisting Education Review Board further demonstrates
my commitment to the field. Additionally, my role as a BLS Instructor for the American Heart Association
(AHA) showcases my dedication to providing essential life-saving skills to the community.

My leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills, along with my strong work ethic, make me an
ideal candidate for this role. I am eager to contribute my enthusiasm for implementing new ideas and
technologies to your team and to support the growth of you company.

Thank you for considering my application. I am excited about the opportunity to discuss my
qualifications further. Please feel free to contact me to schedule an interview. I look forward to the
possibility of joining your team and contributing to the success of you company.

Sincerely,

Lori Haley, CMA (AAMA), BS
